About Us
Standing Oak Coaching & Consulting grew out of a desire to enable people in their journey of discovery. We work with clients to identify their unique strengths and discuss optimal approaches to reach their goals.
Our coaching and consulting begins with an assessment the Integrative Enneagram, because we have found it to be an excellent tool to help individuals quickly gain self awareness and help guide their personal or professional development. The enneagram provides more depth, taking motivation into account, rather than simply behaviours. It helps to determine why someone chooses a certain behaviour and allows for individual uniqueness more than other typing systems we have seen.
We occasionally hold free online information sessions to provide additional details regarding the enneagram and our services. If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please indicate your preference on the contact form and we will send you the details.
Elissa Zipprick
An experienced and creative problem solver, Elissa fosters personal growth and facilitates discussion with humour and kindness. Her interest in formal coaching coincided with her study of mental health, self-awareness and neuroscience. Elissa is an accredited iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram practitioner, a member of the International Coaching Federation and is currently completing a graduate certificate in executive coaching at Royal Roads University. A lifelong student, Elissa also has a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership with emphasis on leadership and counselling, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Her coaching style is gracious and non-directive., co creating a safe and confidential place where you can uncover and work towards your professional and personal dreams.
Mark Zipprick
With over ten years’ experience in change management, people readiness and organizational effectiveness, Mark has planned and led numerous people-related initiatives, from team building workshops to multi-site change management programs. Mark’s calm and pragmatic style allows him to find client solutions that best fit their coaching and consulting needs. Mark has a Master of Arts in Leadership, with a coaching concentration, a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Administration.
