Standing Oak Coaching & Consulting grew out of a deep understanding of the frustration and uncertainty that comes from feeling stuck - whether for individuals or organizations. We work with clients to identify unique strengths, gain greater clarity, and explore effective approaches to move forward, helping both people and teams break free from the overwhelming feeling of being unsure about the next step.

Elissa Zipprick, MACL, CEC, ACC

An experienced and creative problem solver, Elissa inspires personal growth and fosters meaningful conversations with humour, empathy, and kindness. As a Certified Executive Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation, and an accredited iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram practitioner, she brings experience in executive coaching, mediation, conflict resolution, team development, and 360-degree qualitative performance reviews.

Elissa’s coaching style is gracious, non-directive, and client-centred, focusing on empowering individuals and teams to find clarity, enhance self-awareness, and navigate challenges with confidence. She specializes in creating safe, respectful spaces where people feel heard and supported, helping them lighten their loads, reduce stress, and spark hope and laughter to drive meaningful progress.

Mark Zipprick, MBA, MA

With over ten years’ experience in change management, people readiness and organizational effectiveness, Mark excels in planning and leading people-focused initiatives, from team-building workshops to large-scale, multi-site, change management programs. Known for his calm, pragmatic style, Mark is skilled at tailoring solutions that meet the unique coaching and consulting needs of his clients. His natural ability to connect with people and understand their perspectives makes him a trusted partner in driving positive change.

Mark holds a Master of Arts in Leadership with a coaching concentration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Administration, brining both academic expertise and practical experience to his work.
